For her, a significant challenge was to observe things closely—repeatedly looking to truly see things as they are and then translating them onto the canvas, while still infusing them with much of herself—which she indeed does.
Every detail was seen by her and meticulously and lovingly transferred to the canvas. Her colors possess a unique aesthetic—never entirely direct, but always somewhat muted—yet still clear and distinct in expression.
