Dear Sir/Madam: I received my two prints today. They are very nice. However, I am quite disappointed. I was expecting to have come in stretched on an internal frame. I thought that I had just not ordered the ornate external frames. Your website must not be clear on this. In no way would I have ordered them just a sheets. Sincerely, James Collet
