Mark Adlington was born in 1965. He is a sculptor, painter, and draftsman. After studying art history at the University of Edinburgh, he continued his studies in Italy at the Dante Alighieri School in Milan. In 1994, he graduated as an artist from the London School of Art. During his final year, he won several awards.
Mark Adlington is renowned for his depictions of wild animals. Since childhood, he has been painting animals and over the years has developed a fluid style that captures the movement of these creatures. For his studies, he has traveled extensively around the world— from Spain and Arabia to the British Isles and the Arctic Circle.
His works are created in his studios located in London or France and are exhibited at the John Martin Gallery and the New Grafton Gallery.
