Even if you have received an e-mail order there are exceptions when we cannot issue a commission. That is all orders which for various reasons haven’t finally taken place. Possible reasons for this are:
So-called hoax orders with false customer addresses.
When someone has mistakenly placed a double order.
For any reason the order has been returned.
If the customers payment isn’t processed for any reason (creditcard or debit declined etc.)
Or also, if you yourself place an order then this programme cannot be used as a way of gaining discount.
In addition to this, there is no commission on the artists licences obtained directly from the shop.
