I received a larger size but without a border.

I had ordered a print on canvas with a border. I received a larger size but without a border. Since I do not intend to frame this picture but to hang it as a canvas, there is no border to cover the stretcher bars.

Your picture was printed without a border because you probably chose a framing and then erased it from your selection. As a result, the white border was no longer taken into account.

We are already reprinting this picture with the white border and we will send it to you next week.
