The painting is beautiful but ...

Hi Valerie, I e-mailed my contact yesterday when I unboxed the print and took the plastic off. The painting is beautiful but the frame is unexceptable. All four of the corners of the frame is at least 1/4 of an inch apart. We cannot hang something like this in our Church or anywhere. I am asking that it be picked up and reframed or repaired, or our money refunded. Please let me hear from you.
